During my time living in the UK, as a French professional with a deep appreciation for culinary excellence, I noticed a significant challenge faced by high-standard hotels and fine dining establishments: the lack of skilled, well-trained chefs capable of meeting the expectations of discerning clientele.
This issue was particularly pressing in the UK, but my travels across Europe confirmed that the demand for exceptional culinary talent is widespread. Having grown up in France—a country renowned for its gastronomy—I have always understood the importance of expertise and passion in creating outstanding dining experiences.
With years of experience as an HR professional, I founded Mille-feuille to bridge the gap between top-tier culinary talent and high-end hospitality businesses across Europe. My ability to communicate across languages and cultures strengthens our ability to connect with diverse clients and chefs, ensuring a perfect match for each business.
